Fees
Consultations are paid on an hourly fee basis with no mark up on labor or merchandise net costs. When you approve the cost proposal for a project, you give us a 33% fee retainer. We request additional retainers as needed. Fabric purchases requires 100% of cost when ordered. 50% of furniture costs are due at purchase, the balance is due a few weeks before shipping. Some suppliers now accept your credit cards.
